We can assist with assignments on a day to day basis and far into the future. We have many clients who request both options and we look forward to assisting you as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have met all our freelancers and know them well. We organize annual inspiration days, train new guides and tour leaders and take pride in keeping up with what is in demand in the tourism industry. From the start in 2008, we have seen an increase almost every year - both in the number of tasks and in the number of freelancers to meet requests. By running educating workshops on a regular basis for all our freelancers as well as educating new tour guides and tour managers we ensure our freelancers are all qualified professionals. We are always open for applications from skilled tour guides and tour managers (via our application form only).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several ways can lead to becoming a good tour guide or tour manager. Some of our guides have a professional background on which they guide, others have gained their knowledge from a hobby, deep interest in specific subjects or life experience, which can also be good basis for a future as a guide or tour manager. At the office, a dedicated core team ensures that the daily operations of Guideservice Danmark run smoothly. Here, everything from booking and communication to coordination with our many guides and tour leaders is handled \u2013 and no two days are ever quite the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, we are particularly pleased to open our doors to internship placements. We welcome students and job seekers who wish to gain experience in a field where people, experiences, and logistics are closely intertwined. Internships are a benefit for both sides \u2013 they provide new skills and perspectives for the intern, and give us the opportunity to get to know potential future freelancers. Mette is the founder and daily leader of Guideservice Denmark \u2013 the organisation\u2019s central anchor and driving force. With more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, she combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of guests, guides and the sector as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is responsible for management, administration, B2B partnerships, booking, and the recruitment of guides and tour leaders. In addition, she works herself as a tour leader, guide and lecturer, giving her a practical and up-to-date perspective on the tasks faced by customers and partners. Mette is a dedicated sparring partner and works purposefully to create the best possible matches and solutions every time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trine is our conscientious bookkeeper with a strong eye for detail and an excellent understanding of numbers. She ensures that the accounts are accurate and that payments are processed correctly and on time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since joining us as a temporary employee in April 2025, she has brought structure, clarity, and stability to our accounting department through her highly organised approach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kristina coordinates the booking of guides, lecturers, and tour leaders at Guideservice Danmark, ensuring the right match between the client\u2019s needs and the most suitable profile. She handles both B2B and B2C enquiries and ensures that the entire process runs smoothly and efficiently from the first contact to the completed assignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, she is responsible for the company\u2019s communication and digital presence. She develops and produces content for social media and works purposefully to share the stories that reflect the diversity of our tours, guides, and experiences. She also contributes to a clear and consistent brand identity and helps ensure that the daily operations of the organisation run professionally and efficiently.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
