Come out in our Danish nature, see and taste wild edible plants and learn about our New Nordic Kitchen
I am a forager.
I love foraging. Wild plants, mushrooms, shellfish and seaweeds and all the good stories attached to them makes my tours an unforgettable experience. With me as a guide, nature will have new dimensions. We shall use all our senses. We will touch, taste, smell, hear and see. After some good hours together, you may go home to your own kitchen or perhaps you choose to stay and make a grill party with your friends in the forest.
On the way I shall give you the story of the wild Danish plants that laid the foundation for the New Nordic Kitchen.
