Join me on a captivating tour of Copenhagen's city centre, where history, architecture, Danish traditions, and culture come together to create a rich and immersive experience. As we explore the heart of the city, you'll gain a fresh perspective on Copenhagen and discover what makes Denmark so uniquely captivating through a foreigner's eyes.
My mission is to help you see the city centre of Copenhagen through my eyes and uncover the magic that makes this country so special.
Our guided tour begins at Gammel Strand, a historic waterfront area with charming old buildings. From there, we'll head to Christiansborg Palace, marvelling at the grandeur of Denmark's seat of government. We'll then stroll through Snaregade and Magstræde, picturesque cobblestoned streets full of character.
Next, we'll visit Gammel Torv, one of the city's oldest squares, before enjoying a relaxing walk through Ørstedparken, a lush urban park. We'll continue our exploration at Kongens Have, the royal gardens, and then admire the elegance of Amalienborg, the royal palace and its surrounding squares.
We'll conclude our tour at Nyhavn, the iconic, colourful harbour that offers the perfect scenic finish.
