Tour of the Neoclassic Copenhagen
A city walk of Copenhagen, looking at the beautiful buildings you can miss, when shop displays catch your attention.
During the guided tour I'll tell you about the elements of the ancient architecture there is a part of the neoclassic buildings in Copenhagen. I'll of course tell you the history and stories about the buildings.
The tour will begin with a short introduction to classical architecture and afterwards we'll take a walk in Copenhagen looking at the beatiful neoclassic buildings.
The city walk will amongst others show you the King's New Square (Kgs. Nytorv), Christiansborg Church (Christiansborgs Slotskirke), Thorvaldsen's Museum, Church of Our Lady (Vor Frue kirke), the Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret, Domhuset), The Marble Church (Marmorkirken) and Copenhagen City Hall (Københavns Rådhus).
We can end the day with a little quiz.
We begin and end by Copenhagen Central Station, but this can be changed if you wish so. If you want to see a certain building, please let me know so and I can be sure to include this.
