    Tour agencies, incoming agencies, hotels and museums that book all guides or tour managers in Denmark through Guide Service Denmark, obtain extra benefits and a discount.

    We'd be happy to include your current guides and allow them priority for assignments from your agency. You can choose either of the 2 models.

    Model 1 Your current guides become part of the Guide Service Denmark providers on an equal footing with all our tour guides - however with a first right to assignments from your agency. The tour guide pays the same commission to Guide Service Denmark as all other providers. Every time we via this scheme book one of your current guides to an assignment for you you get a discount of DKK 500 for each of their completed assignments.
    Model 2 Your current guides will be assigned bookings for your agency only. Their fee is set by you. We manage bookings, payment etc. Your guides/tour leaders do not pay us any commission, but you pay a booking fee of DKK 300 excl. VAT per assignment day.
    We handle all bookings and contact all guides with relevant assignments. We follow up with texts, e-mail and telephone if necessary and, if necessary, supplement the recruitment among all our guides, so you can trust that the assignment to be fullfilled.

    Letting us administer your guides will save your museum, attraction, manor house or institution a lot of time – internally and externally.

    If your museum needs to book many guides and wants to outsource the guide booking, we create a special guide corps for your museum only and, by agreement, ensure that the corps is always full, up-to-date on knowledge and we ensure continuous recruitment.

    We manage the booking of guides. We send you an invoice, you save a lot of time in administration, the payroll system etc. – alternatively we invoice the customer directly, but that's up to you. Whatever it's DKK saved. Your museum can continue to operate with the previous contribution and thus you save and gain in many areas with choosing this new procedure.

    Your work process becomes fast and efficient and you can concentrate on the tasks that only you can perform. It is also win-win and we can probably help generate more bookings for your museum. Everything you save in time is also DKK saved.

    If we manage your corps of guides, you set the guides' fees as usual - in cooperation with us. We are happy to advise and the advantage for the guides will be more assignments. In cooperation with us they can guide in several contexts. It makes it more attractive to be a guide at your museum. We can start with your existing guide corps, or we can start a corps from scratch. We adapt to your needs.

  • How to terminate an agreement 

    You can terminate the agreement with 3 months' notice to the first of the month.

    Bookings are carried out as agreed. The guides | tour managers who you provided when we entered into the agreement will be working directly with you again. You can still supplement with guides | tour managers from Guide Service Denmark according to our Terms of Agreement.

    Should you choose terminate our agreement during the calendar year, you will be invoiced for deposits and fees for the remaining bookings - according to our Terms of Agreement.
