Get to know the edible plants and gather a good portion for your own pots and pans.
Copenhagen Harbour is a garden of wild plants and berries. Some of them world famous like the Nordic Wasabi (Ditander) or Angelica, already known and appreciated by the Vikings.
Join me on a bicycle tour along Kalveboderne, the outer part of Copenhagen Harbour. During the tour I will tell about Danish food traditions and how the New Nordic Kitchen developed.
