Guide in Odense, Anna-Karin

I am a retired teacher and an experienced guide, mainly in the Middle East. Some of my favourite fields are religion, churches, and mosques.

In Bethlehem, I "stumbled" upon a fresco depicting St. Canute, the saint king of Odense, and later I realized that St. Canute's Cathedral in my home town Odense contains an incredible lot of art and tells so many thrilling stories from the past.

I want to share some of its richness with you. When guiding, I tell about the main features and dive into some interesting or funny details.

My knowledge comes from extensive reading about history and King Canute and from my long experience with religious art and thinking.
