Landscapes Around Køge
Starting from Køge, I'll show and tell you about some of the landscape types we have on Zealand. Denmark has a reputation for being a flat country. Is that true?
In your coach we drive around and will see that Denmark is not at all flat as a pancake, and to get the best impression, we make small hikes. I'll explain when and how the individual landscapes were created.
Sights on this tour can include Karlstrup limestone quarry, Ølsemagle barrier, Køge Esker, the river Valley Gorge in the Lellinge forest, Køge valley and the moraine landscape south west of Køge.
