Expert food tour guide,
About me
The story of food is what allows us today to connect to history directly. It allows us a window in to authentic local culture. Take a walk and guided tour with me through Denmark and see, hear and taste the history of the country.
I have a background in archaeology and have worked as a pioneer in founding food tours throughout Skandinavia for more than 10 years. My tours take you into the heart of Danish history by tying together art, architecture, history and the food which binds it all together.
I can also arrange workshops and company events. I can lead tours in Danish/Swedish, English and Italian.
