Was a food ambassador for the island, which was the first local area in Denmark to invest in the production and sale of local food and export to the rest of the country and abroad. For 14 years was a responsible co-developer of experience economy measures within culture, tourism and business.

Still participates in voluntary tasks, both as a developer, social initiatives and singing in a gospel choir. Working on the preparation of over 150 years of history about Bornholm's cultural development by interviewing people between 80 and 105 years old who tell stories based on film and pictures that is more than 80 years old.

Has made TV programs about dialects, and in this connection has many stories, facts and anecdotes from Bornholm's past. Works with TV documentaries and gives lectures and therefore has up-to-date knowledge of many factual areas that include "life on Bornholm through time."
