Guide på Schackenborg og omegn samt i Soldaterskoven nord for Tønder, Morten
About me
Actually, I'm a trained journalist, and I'm very much a Danish Folk High School person. The latter means that I am not afraid to speak and sing.
From journalism, I know how important it is with sources. Together with guide colleagues, I have researched all the stories behind the portraits and furniture and more at Schackenborg Castle, and am happy to share my knowledge.
From my research, I have a fair amount of knowledge - especially about the Dano-Swedish wars (1657-1660) and the reunification in 1920, the question of Schleswig and the very special royal enclaves.
I have worked at three Southern Jutland colleges. I have also taught many foreigners Danish. I'm a bit of a language geek.
