About me

Cultural communicator with an academic background in languages and communication, and many years of experience as a tour leader in Denmark. I also work as a language instructor, interpreter, translator, cultural journalist, and author. My approach to guiding is marked by attentiveness and historical insight, conveyed in clear, vivid, and engaging language tailored to each group.

Having lived in Odense, I possess in-depth knowledge of Hans Christian Andersen’s city – its historic quarters and cultural offerings – as well as Egeskov Castle and its surrounding landscapes. I am also well-acquainted with the beaches of Kerteminde and Hasmark, with Middelfart, and have led tours across the island of Funen, from Faaborg to Nyborg.

This knowledge is grounded in professional research, extensive time spent in the region, and a lifelong commitment to communicating Denmark’s cultural and natural heritage.
