The Manors of Jutland

On this adventurous tour, we'll experience the Danish countryside enhanced by dramatic storytelling. We will visit three beautiful manors, each representing a different period of Danish nobility.

Gammel Estrup is now a manor museum and has another museum as it's neighbour, called The Green Museum. The manor originally belonged to the Brock and Scheel lineages, which was some of the most influential families in Denmark in their time.

A stroll through Gammel Estrup's enchanting baroque garden is a truly memorable experience - an absolute must on your journey through Denmark’s picturesque manor landscapes.

The charm of Løvenholm may stem from the fact that Løvenholm have remained secluded from the eyes of the public. It's possible to enjoy a picnic in the beautiful park.

In Clausholm Castle the 6th generation of the Berners resides. They've put in a lot of effort to recreate the baroque style of the 1700s. The castle is open in connection with different events throughout the year. People with disabilites may experience difficulties on this part of the tour.

If the mood and weather is right, it is possible to see the forest of Løvenholm near Gammel Estrup.
