Trail Running at Munkebjerg
Join me on a fresh morning trail run (trail running= running on trails in nature) in the hills around Munkebjerg Hotel. Alternatively a run later in the day.
We will start at the hotel, so are you there for a conference, vacation or just in the area and want some good exercise, fresh air combined with tales of the trolls stone, the eye of the munk and a donkey named Moses and many other things from the area. Then tie up your shoes and join.
We will adapt the distance to the group, but as a reference it will be 7-10 km with the possibility of changes.
