About me
I am a cultural historian and museologist. I also have more than a decade of experience working as a tour guide.
I have been living in Denmark since 2000 and consider this country, along with Central Europe, as my second home. As a city guide within Denmark my main field of expertise is Aarhus and Copenhagen.
Generally, when speaking about Danish history, culture and society, I depart from a simultaneous outsider-insider perspective and seek to avoid stereotypical conclusions. As a city guide, I strive to meet the visitors' individual interest and bring history and culture into the loop from various perspectives. In my company as a guide, you will encounter a living history provided by narratives of everyday life in Denmark and if relevant, put into a broader Scandinavian perspective.
I am providing tours in Danish, English, German, French, Hebrew, Hungarian, Czech and Slovak.
